NeatDownloadManager（NDM）是一款简洁、免费的多线程下载器，原理与著名的IDM下载器一样。同样地，他也支持浏览器扩展，安装后可直接接管浏览器下载。唯一的缺点是不支持中文，当然你也可以安装第三方汉化版。
